Custom Orders

Custom baking orders require advance notice and may require a deposit. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for custom items. Design changes may incur additional charges.

Pickup and Delivery

Items must be picked up or delivered within the agreed timeframe. We are not responsible for items not collected within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
